Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.


Our in-store pickup is by appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 5 days of of placing your order, please contact us at info@shave-authority.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Domestic Shipping
We use Swiss Post
 as our shipping provider for all domestic orders. For security reasons, all packages will be send tracked and signed for.
International Shipping

We use Swiss Post
 as our shipping provider for all international orders. For security reasons, all packages will be send tracked and signed for.
The following shipping times ("SmallPac" & "PostPac") are in addition to the processing time needed to prepare an order for shipment.
If shipping is not available to your location, please contact us before purchasing!
Domestic Insurance
By default, "SmalPac" shipments are insured for up to 500CHF, and "PostPac" shipments are insured for up to 1500CHF.
If you want additional insurance (up to 5000CHF) to protect you from loss or damage during transit, you can choose the shipping option "PostPac (Additional Insurance)" during checkout. Please note that additional insurance can only be applied to "PostPac" shipments.
The Shave Authority is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
International Insurance
By default "SmalPac" shipments are insured for up to 150CHF, and "PostPac" shipments are insured for up to 500CHF.
If you want additional insurance (up to 3000CHF) to protect you from loss or damage during transit, you can choose the shipping option "PostPac (Additional Insurance)" during checkout. Please note that additional insurance can only be applied to "PostPac" shipments.
The Shave Authority is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
Customs and Import Taxes

We ship your package "DDU" (Delivery Duties Unpaid), meaning additional VAT, import, and/or tax duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for any additional VAT, import, and/or tax duties. We also do not adjust the actual value of any order. Please check with your country’s customs and/or tax office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Please note that it can take some time for a shipment to pass through customs in your country.
The Shave Authority is not responsible for delays due to customs.
